The Brief
Lock29 is a sustainable community destination in the heart of Banbury. After working with the destination brand since its launch in 2020, 2024 has been a year to focus on a rebrand to reflect the fact that Lock29 is primarily a destination that welcomes families and is an inclusive community space. We were tasked with completely refreshing the brand across all print and digital to create a look that is more vibrant, upbeat, and inclusive.
What We Did
We have been working with the Lock29 team from inception to delivery and now support them in steering the space through the challenging times over the past four years. Our work to date has been expansive, ranging from tenant engagement through to stakeholder communication, from website design through to copywriting. It has been an interesting and challenging journey so far, but one that we are proud to be part of. We have grown our social media following organically, delivered a Covid-safe launch and created an interesting and dynamic content strategy that communicates the four pillars of our approach: the food, the community, the canal and the future.
Last year Lock29’s accumulated reach on Facebook and Instagram was 925,072 individuals. They have gained nearly 500 Google reviews (average 4.2*), units are fully let, and revenues have increased month-on-month.
