The Brief
Buy-From has been working with Shaun Ward and his team at Ludlow Gin and Ludlow Whisky for 3 years and our brief from September 2022 was increased to cover a full marketing and PR remit to support the key pillars of the business moving forward, specifically the launch of Ludlow Distillery in April 2023 and the growth of Ludlow Whisky.
We have been tasked with developing the brand strategy to encompass the vision and voice for the distillery, which is home to Ludlow Gin and Ludlow Whisky. We have direct responsibility for all B2C marketing and supporting the sales team with B2B communication and growth. For the launch of the new distillery, we have created a destination marketing strategy so that we successfully launch the new distillery, shop, gin school and experiences. This encompasses PR, a dynamic social campaign, stakeholder engagement, launch event strategy and implementation, graphic design, email marketing and full comms strategy.
What We Did

We have also been working closely with the sales team to grow distribution amongst bars, restaurants, and retail. An example of the new product launch support we have provided is the launch of Ludlow Single Malt English whisky which sold out in just under 3 minutes.
