Meet the Team

Louise is a creative, commercial marketer with a passion for communication and collaboration who has been running Buy-From since 2015.

25+ years of communication experience has resulted in her leadership of a dynamic team with an unparalleled passion for business communication and growth. Louise is also an Officer of the National Committee for The Giftware Association, Governor for the Wrekin Old Hall Trust and a Director of the British Allied Trades Federation.

When she is not working, you will see Louise walking her dog, Ted!

Graeme has been working in sales, marketing and finance for nearly 50 years now and brings a wealth of experience to the Buy-From team.

A statistician by education, he has led the marketing teams in multiple organisations before setting up Brightcore Ltd. in 1996 specialising in brand and product development and project management. He set up Buy-From with Louise in 2015.

Jessica is highly experienced in marketing, PR and events management. Having many years’ experience in-house marketing within the automotive manufacturing, hospitality & tourism and the construction industries, she understands the perspective of SMEs and the challenges they may face. Jessica leads the Buy-From team with her strategic vision, sharing her passion for rural and Shropshire businesses.

When she isn't working she’ll most likely be in the great outdoors, riding her horses across the Shropshire countryside.

Lucy is an experienced Marketer with over 8 years of expertise in digital strategy, social media management, branding, and content creation. A qualified Social Media Coach, she helps small businesses harness social media to drive growth and engagement. Passionate about supporting local businesses, Lucy founded a thriving digital platform promoting Ludlow, and has been involved in key initiatives such as the Shropshire Economic Partnership’s Place Delivery Group, Shropshire Town Champions, and co-founding the Ludlow Women’s Hub.

When not working, Lucy enjoys travelling, exploring the outdoors, capturing her local town through photography, and planning her next adventure.

Jamie is an experienced designer, specialising in brand identity, web design and print.

Jamie is the Senior Designer here at Buy-From and particularly loves working with clients to create their brand and roll it out across all media. Jamie leads all design in-house for Buy-From, known by many of our clients as "legend"! When he is not behind his Mac, you will find him on his bike or at the gym.

Tegan works across many of our clients' accounts, helping to underpin much of what we do here at Buy-From. She particularly enjoys the creative side of marketing and social media, and is fantastic at mentoring small businesses to help them harness the power of social.

When she is not working, Tegan can be found at the gym or walking her own Ted!

Jo is a self-confessed admin geek and organisation wizard! She's got a keen eye for detail and will help to keep everything at Buy-From HQ running like clockwork, supporting us and our lovely clients.
